EDUCATION: Mr. Boyd completed his undergraduate studies at Mississippi College in 1981. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Boyd completed his legal education at Mississippi College School of Law in 1984. During law school Mr. Boyd was selected to serve as a member of the Editorial Board of the Mississippi College Law Review. Mr. Boyd is also a "graduate" of the 1996 short seminar MiniMed School sponsored by the University Of Mississippi Medical Center.

PRACTICE: Mr. Boyd devotes most of his legal practice to personal injury and wrongful death claims including: car wrecks, 18-wheeler accidents, workers’ compensation claims, nursing home injuries, medical negligence claims, chiropractic negligence claims, UM insurance claims (underinsured and uninsured auto insurance issues), and "bad faith" denial of insurance claims.

Education: Mr. Wallace completed his undergraduate education at Mississippi State University in 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Wallace entered Mississippi College where he completed his juris doctor and master of business administration degrees in 1999.

Practice: Mr. Wallace devotes his legal practice primarily to personal injury and wrongful death claims including: automobile accidents, nursing home injuries, premises liability claims for inadequate security, medical negligence, uninsured motorist claims, and bad faith insurance denial claims.
